3. Payment Terms

  • Currency: All transactions are processed in British Pounds (GBP) unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards and bank transfers via our secure payment processor, Stripe.

  • Invoicing: Payment is typically required in advance of service delivery or as per the milestones defined in your specific contract.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

To comply with UK consumer protection laws and Stripe’s merchant requirements, our refund policy is as follows:

  • Consultancy Services: Once a consultation has been conducted or bespoke advisory work has commenced, fees are generally non-refundable due to the time-intensive nature of the service.

  • Cancellations: If you wish to cancel a scheduled consultation, you must provide at least 48 hours’ notice for a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking value.

  • Service Dissatisfaction: If you are unsatisfied with the quality of our service, please contact us at enquiries@bridgeadvisorypartners.co.uk within 7 days of delivery to discuss a resolution or partial credit.
